My girl

I remember the day we went to meet Molly, they said she would always hide from people but there she was, sat right in the middle of the room staring at us as if to say 'you're finally here'.

She fit in right away, was good with all of our other animals along the years and even loved them for a few days before she decided to ignore their existance (typical Molly πŸ˜‚).

Not a single person who met her disliked her, she was so loving, gentle, quiet and accepting of all. She came everywhere with us and on the rare occasion she couldn't, she would camp out on grandma's sofa (my mum) who spoiled her even more than we did. We went on countless doggy holidays, pub lunches, dinners and more. She was our companion from the day we got her until the day she left this world.

Although loving and gentle, she was also a tough cookie who battled medical conditions from the day we got her. She had a cancerous lump removed, mamory glands stripped, countless teeth removed, other lumps removed, countless bad bellies, eye problems and worst of all, a serious heart murmur. Despite all of this, she didn't stop being the cute little spunky girl she was, living life her way and on her terms until the end.

Molly was my heart dog, I will always miss her, gone but never forgotten my girl πŸΎπŸ’•
